NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of May, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-001150-CI , of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust is the Plaintiff and JOHN K. SCHERER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN K. SCHERER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 19th day of June, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, BOULEVARD PARK NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
