THAT PORTION OF LOTS 13 AND 14, IN BLOCK 2, OF LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT A POINT 258 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 14, RUN THENCE WEST ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF LOTS 14 AND 13 FOR A DISTANCE OF 120 FEET; THENCE SOUTH TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE CANAL; THENCE IN A EAST SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF THE CANAL TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF LOT 14 THENCE NORTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OVER THAT PORTION OF THE EAST 20 FEET OF THE WEST 80 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 2, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, WHICH LIES NORTH OF THE CANAL.
