LOT 18, BLOCK A, OF POINCIANA HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LAKE WALES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 614 CARVER DRIVE, LAKE WALES, FL 33853; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on June 25, 2024 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
