DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and MARLON HENRY; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on June 20, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
