YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GOLF VIEW VILLAS VII CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 1301, GOLF VIEW VILLAS VII, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof as recording in Condominium Plat Book 5, pages 102 through 107, and Condominium Plat Book 5, pages 114 through 118, (Phase 3) and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2055, Page 801, and amendment filed in
O.R. Book 2078, page 545, for Phase 3 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 9212 Turnberry Court, New Port Richey, Florida, 34655
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
