NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2024, and entered in 2023-CA-000727-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and NARELLE K. LOMBARDI A/K/A N K LOMBARDI ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. , ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC; SUMMERPORT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 20, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
