NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of May, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-000523-O , of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Assets Management, LLC is the Plaintiff and DONALD LEE SHEPHERD A/K/A DONALD LEE SHEPHERD, SR.; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM on the 23rd day of July, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
