Cross/Third Party Plaintiff Hope & Co. Business Capital, LLC (“Hope”), by counsel and pursuant to Florida Statute § 45.031(2) and Amended Final Judgment (the “Judgment”), hereby provides notice of a rescheduled foreclosure sale.
Hope & Co. Business Capital, LLC, a California limited liability company, is the cross/third party plaintiff. Robbins Sports International LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company; Michael Edward Robbins, an individual; Holly Sue Robbins, an individual; Blake Jarred Myerson Robbinson, an individual; Country Club/Edgewater Village Association, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation, Unknown Party 1, a resident or entity; and Unknown Party 2, a resident or entity, are the cross/third party defendants.
The Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller (the “Clerk”) will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on July 24, 2024 at 11:00am ET or as soon as can be heard thereafter the following described property pursuant to said Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk no later than sixty (60) days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
