Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2024, in Case No.: 22-CA-010343 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSHORE BAY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH ANTHONY VITA, JR. , et al., is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 27, 2024, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 6, Block 6, FOREST BROOKE PHASE 4A according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 138 Pages 15 through 27 of the Public Records of Hillsborough Couty, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
