NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-005828 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and James Harper a/k/a James W. Harper; United States of America - Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of July, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TRACT BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4; THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 205 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN WESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 260 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4; THENCE EAST TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4; THENCE SOUTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE NORTH 192 FEET OF THE WEST 35 FEET THEREOF, LYING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
