NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, ESPLANADE OF TAMPA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. (the “Association”), entered in this action on the 1st day of May 2024, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at a public sale conducted online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 12, 2024 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 130 of Esplanade of Tampa Phase 1 according to the Plat Thereof recorded in Plat Book 124, Page(s) 263, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 8547 Grand Alberato Road, Tampa, FL 33647 ,(the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
