NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 14, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-007364 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Oceanside Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, George E. Padilla, deceased, Alfredo Padilla, Alexandra J. Padilla, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13th day of June, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
