NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2023, and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 23, 2024, each entered in Case No. 2023 CA 00253 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PALAW, LLC is Plaintiff, and FEDERICO SANCHEZ-LUNA, ANSELMO SANCHEZ-LUNA, ARELY DOE, F/N/A UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION #1, DILCIA MELANIA GALDAMEZ, F/N/A UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of December, 2024, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, PEACOCK'S SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
