Final Judgment was awarded on August 27, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 006561, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, MTGLQ INVESTORS L.P. is the Plaintiff, and BARBARA PIERKOWSKI; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RORY CARTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JAKOB CARTER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
