and commonly known as: 2509 RIVER BRIAR BLVD, RUSKIN, FL 33570; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http:// www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on February 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
