NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2024 and an Order Resetting Sale dated October 24, 2024 and entered in Case No. 18-CA-006875 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee of LSF9 Master Participation Trust is Plaintiff and SHARON A. WRIGHT A/K/A SHARON ANTOINETTE WRIGHT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON A. WRIGHT A/K/A SHARON ANTOINETTE WRIGHT; DONNA K. WILLIAMS A/K/A DONNA WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA K. WILLIAMS A/K/A DONNA WILLIAMS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AVELAR CREEK SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
