NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2024, and entered in 23-CA-016774 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA REVERSE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BELINDA MCGAHEE A/K/A BELINDA E. MCGAHEE, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES PATRICK MCGAHEE, DECEASED; DEBORAH SPACONE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE COMMISSIONER OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; NORMA JEANETTE SANTANA are the Defendant(s). MCGAHEE WHO DEPARTED THIS LIFE ON 12/09/2015 BY WARRANTY DEED DATED APRIL 9, 2019 AND RECORDED APRIL 23, 2019 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA IN BOOK 26556, PAGE 78 INSTRUMENT NO. 2019165233.
