NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-002946-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 600/500 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and AMJAD QURESHI and any and all UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION of the subject property are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on November 21, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 210, WINSTON PARK NORTH EAST 600 CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, pages 88 through 95, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4316, Page(s) 2048, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto,
commonly known as 5095 Bay St. NE, # 210, St. Petersburg, FL 33703,
Pinellas County Property Appraiser's Parcel Identification Number 06-31-17-98405-600-2100.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
