NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Rem, For Declaratory Judgment and for Imposition of Equitable Lien dated September 5, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. CASE NO.: 12-012471-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VII-A, is Plaintiff and IRENE PRIDGEN; et al., are defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on December 31, 2024, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK E, STEPHENSON MANOR, UNIT 2, 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
