Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Llien Foreclosure filed the 24th day of October, 2024 in Case No. 24-CC-2685, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EGRET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and JANET MUSGRAVE BRAUN is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on January 9, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 112, THE EGRET CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1551, Page 1528, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
