THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER R. BREVIK A/K/A CHRISTOPHER BREVIK, are defendants. Kevin Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of NOVEMBER, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, OF EMERALD PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
