NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Partial Final Summary Judgment in Foreclosure on Counts I and II entered in this cause on or about September 23, 2024, and the Agreed Order entered in this cause on or about October 23, 2024 in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the Clerk shall offer for sale the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described below, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 12, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.

ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 949, PAGE 714, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 979, PAGE 848, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
