NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2024, and entered in 23-CA-11067 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein TIMOTHY JELINGER II, is the Plaintiff and JAMES LONG AND SARAH LONG, HUSBAND AND WIFE, ADMINISTRATOR OF THE U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, AND WILLIAM KEVIN SCOTT, are Defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on November 21, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
