NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-005279 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Patricia L. Driscoll a/k/a Patricia Driscoll, Deceased; Erica Driscoll Godwin a/k/a Erica Dawn Godwin a/k/a Erica D. Godwin f/k/a Erica Dawn Driscoll; Andrea Rose Martinez f/k/a Andrea R. Martinez f/k/a Andrea Rose Driscoll; Andrea Rose Martinez f/k/a Andrea R. Martinez f/k/a Andrea Rose Driscoll, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Patricia L. Driscoll a/k/a Patricia Driscoll, Deceased; David William Driscoll a/k/a David W. Driscoll; Amy Michele Mercer a/k/a Amy M. Mercer f/k/a Amy Michele Driscoll ; Christina Noel Driscoll; National Collegiate Student Loan trust 2006-3 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee. realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 9th day of January, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHERLY 100.85 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 4, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS IDALIA ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44.
