NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2020 10998 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the 7TH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Inez C. Bracy A/K/A Inez Christine Bracy A/K/A Inez Bracy El; Unknown Spouse of Inez C. Bracy A/K/A Inez Christine Bracy A/K/A Inez Bracey El; Victoria Gardens Homeowners Association, Inc.
