Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pasco
County, Florida described as:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 26 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida, run
thence West (an assumed bearing) along the North boundary of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 6, a distance of 860.00 feet for the Point
of Beginning; continue thence West along the North boundary of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 6, a distance of 232.57 feet; thence South 495.00 feet, thence East 232.57 feet; thence North 495.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to an easement for road purposes over and across the North 30.00 feet of the above described property.
LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING:
