Application received October 31, 2023. Proposed activity: The project consists of one (1) building totaling 8,708 SF of commercial mixed-use. The commercial uses consist of animal grooming and boarding and animal hospital. The proposed project shall include all appropriate site infrastructure improvements, including but not limited to, parking, utility connections, and stormwater management.
