NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 28, 2024, in the cause styled as HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF COLLIER COUNTY, INC, a Florida nonprofit corporation v. FRANCOIS PIERRE-PAUL, Case No. 2023-CA-2044, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida and as required by Florida Status 45.031(2), CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier Courthouse Annex on the 1st Floor in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on the 5th day of December, 2024 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 57, Liberty Landings, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 71 through 73, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 3752 Justice Circle, Immokalee, Florida 34142.
