PUBLIC NOTICE OF ZOOM NEIGHBORHOOD WORKSHOP
Neighborhood Workshop location: Virtual on Zoom
VidaCann, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Applicant”), will be hosting a virtual neighborhood workshop on Zoom at the URL below to review a proposed Special Exception for a medical marijuana dispensary.
**This is the same project that was discussed at the virtual neighborhood workshop held on September 24, 2024**
The subject property is located at 2460 Stickney Point Road, Sarasota, FL 34231, generally identified by Sarasota County PID No. 0103090023. The workshop presentation will begin at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, with an opportunity to ask questions following a brief presentation.
This is not a public hearing. The purpose of the neighborhood workshop is for the applicant to inform the neighboring residents of the nature of the proposed special exception to allow a medical marijuana dispensary on a portion of the subject property and to solicit suggestions/questions, and to explain the related development concept plan.
Request: The Applicant is requesting a special exception to allow for a medical marijuana dispensary. The proposed development concept plan will be available for review during the workshop. For more information, please visit:
