LIS; WILLIAM KENNETH REUBENS, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM KENNETH REUBENS, JR. N/N/A JENNIFER REUBENS; PEBBLE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, INC. are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 25, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
