NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on October 29, 2024, by the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 5, Block 24, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 1C, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 94, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and more commonly known as 18111 Emerald Bay St., Tampa, Florida 33647 (hereinafter “Property”).
will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at public sale by the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, electronically online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 20, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
