NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated October 30 2024, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-005352, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELIZABETH EDWARDS; RICHARD E. EDWARDS, III; CLIFTON EDWARDS, JR.; JONATHAN EUGENE FENNELL; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC, are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of DECEMBER, 2024, the following described property as set forth in the most recent amended final judgment, to wit:
