NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 4, 2024, and entered in 21-005661-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR CDC MORTGAGE CAPITAL TRUST 2003-HE4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-HE4 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LOIS HOSTON-HOWARD DECEASED; KATRINA L. HOSTON; ANTHONY BERNARD HOSTON; JANET BROOKS; LOIS HOSTON-HOWARD; EDNA BELLAMY; CONSTANCE HENRY; LORA ANN LUMPKIN; WILLIE DAVID HOSTON; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY BERNARD HOSTON N/K/A ROCHELLE HOSTON ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIE DAVID HOSTON N/K/A FELECIA HOSTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORA ANN LUMPKIN N/K/A LEE LUMPKIN; EAGLE FINANCE CORP.
