NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure and directing the Subject Property be sold at Auction dated the 17th day of October, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-CC-1655, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EXPRESS RESTORATION, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company is the Plaintiff, and PHYLLIS OSTERLUND is the Defendant, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16th day of January, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Order, to-wit:
Lot 5 and 6, Block 3742, Unit 51, Cape Coral, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 19, Pages 2 to 16 inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
