NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2024, entered in Case No.: 23-007271-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, NULEAN, INC., a Florida corporation, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as owner Trustee for RCF 2 Acquisition Trust, and CITY OF BELLEAIR BEACH, are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on December 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure: Legal:
Lot F and the East 25 feet of Lot E, Block 14, Belleair Beach Subdivision, Unit D, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page(s) 6 and 7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
NOTICE IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
