YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to certain property situated in Lee County, Florida, has been filed pursuant to § 65.081 Fla. Stat. Alternatively, in the event that Plaintiff's tax deed title is determined invalid as to the Defendant(s), this is also an action to foreclose a statutory lien for such invalidated tax deed pursuant to the provisions of § 197.602 Fla. Stat. which has been instituted against you.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Leon G. Rendeiro, Attorney, whose address is 1714 Cape Coral Parkway East, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 on or before December 10, 2024 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
