Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 24-000839-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 12-E, BUILDING, IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM XII, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENT, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICE RECORDS BOOK 4666, PAGE 119, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 52, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA PARCEL ID NUMBER 20- 29-16-41952-012-0050. (“Property”)
Property Address: 19029 US Highway 19 North, Unit 21E, Clearwater, Florida 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on December 5, 2024. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
