NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2024, and entered in Case No. 52-2021-CA-003355 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Owner Trustee for Ocwen Loan Acquisition Trust 2024-HB1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Anthony J. Tudi aka Anthony Tudi, deceased, Angela M. Woodward aka Tina Woodward, Anthony Tudi, Jr., Michael Tudi, Nicholas Francesco Tudi, Robert F. Tudi, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Anthony J. Tudi aka Anthony Tudi, deceased, Robert Tudi, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Nicholas Tudi, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 3, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
