NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on November 21, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. via electronic sale at www.lee. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Unit Week 39 and 40 in Condominium Parcel 8 (a/k/a Unit No. 1008), of PLANTATION BEACH CLUB I, PHASE A, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1413 at Page 264 in the Public Records of Lee County Florida and all amendments thereto, if any. Amended in Official Records Book 1513 at Page 1925, Public records of Lee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
