NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated 08/23/2024, and entered in case number 23-CA-011958 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Villas I at Vistanna Villas Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Lawrence Chris Campbell; Eumphema Lanyne-Campbell; Castle Credit Co Holding, LLC; Vistanna Villas Master Association, Inc., Unknown in Possession 1, and Unknown in Possession 2 are Defendants, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 am on November 21, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 219 VITANNA VILLAS, A
SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 32 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have on other recourse against the Plaintiff, the Defendants, or the Plaintiff's counsel.
