NOTICE OF APPLICATION
The Department of Environmental Protection announces receipt of an application for permit from SWWS FL, LLC to construct and operate a construction and demolition debris waste processing solid waste facility. The proposed project is located at 2901 Jacksonville St., Fort Myers, FL 33916 in Lee County. The Department has assigned permit file number 454267-001-SO/30 to the proposed project.
This application is being processed and is available for public inspection at https://prodenv.dep.state.fl.us/DepNexus/public/electronic-documents/108358/facility!search or during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department's South District Office, 2295 Victoria Ave, Suite 364, Ft. Myers, Florida 33901-3875, at phone number (239)344-5600. Any comments or objections should be filed in writing with the Department to [email protected]. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure that there is adequate time for them to be considered in the Department's decision on the application.
