NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2022 CA 000361 of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Edward L. Stark; Leslie M. Baker are the Defendants, that Tom Bexley, Flagler County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.flagler.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, SAM BROWN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT AT BOOK 8, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
