DIAZ, DECEASED; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LILLIAM DIAZ; JOEIDA PEREZ; JESUS DAVID DIAZ CRUZ; MARIA A. ATILANO; JUAN ANTONIO DIAZ are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
