NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000893 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HOUSE TUR INVESTMENTS, LLC is Plaintiff, and MASSEY AND ASSOCIATES, LLC; GREGORY MASSEY; LATOYA DECOSEY; MELTON C. CLARKE AND KATIE M. CLARKE, HUSBAND AND WIFE; UNKNOWN TENANT I NKA DELILAH MARSHALL AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are Defendants. Stacy Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com (website) beginning at 10:00 am, on December 26, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
