Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on May 31, 2024, in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TRUDY GOLD, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUDY GOLD REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 2014, and AMG FINANCING CORP, Plaintiffs, and DIDAJI INVESTMENTS LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on January 17, 2025, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 45, Block G, STILLWATER-UNIT ONE, as per the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 25, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 305 Lake Tahoe Court, Englewood, FL 34223.
