NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Agreed Order to Set Property for Sale at Public Auction, dated October 31, 2024, and entered in case # 23-CA-012406 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CASSANDRA FRANKLIN and MARY F. JACKSON are the Plaintiffs, and RUDY FRANKLIN AND LATOYA FRANKLIN, as husband and wife, are the Defendants. The Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the subject property at public sale with a minimum first auction bid of at least Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
The subject property is described as set forth in the said Order, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 11, Forest Brooke Phase 3C, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 139, Pages 9 through 13, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A TIMELY CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLIAMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF THE RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM
