Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10/17/2024, in Case No.: 24-CA-001606 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSHORE BAY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANITA B. PERRY, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 12/16/2024, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 38, Bloick 1, Forest Brooke Phase 1A, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 130, Pages 11 thorugh 17, inclusive, Public Reords of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
