NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on October 18, 2024 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-004323 in the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY SCOTT SHIOLENO AND HOLLY SHIOLENO, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 60 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF THE SOUTH 140 FEET OF LOT 11, HESPERIDES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5105 W CLEVELAND STREET, TAMPA , FL 33609 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
