NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 23, 2024 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-006204, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff, and KOMIEL M. OLIVER; ANTWANETTE HARDNETT; TAUSHIA OLIVER; KYLE LEE; TAUKERA M. OLIVER; CALVIN R. THOMAS A/K/A CALVIN K. THOMAS, A MINOR CHILD, IN THE CARE OF; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 10, 2024 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 142.23 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 7, NORTH TAMPA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 73, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 220 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
