Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 26, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 11, AND ALL OF LOT 12, BLOCK 3, LYNNDALE SUBN., ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2482 39TH AVE N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33714; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 5, 2025 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
